Ok so my sister had conncted my phone to hers idk why but every app I get shows up on her phone so if I was to go on internet can she she what I look at on her history I cleared my history and my cookies and I also have the Apple ID and password so I can log on , we'll she see my history even though I deleted it?

If they are Apple phones and you are both using the same Apple ID then everything associated with that Apple ID (apps, messages, photo stream, contacts, bookmarks, etc.) will be available to both phones.

Make sure she uses her own Apple ID if you want to keep your stuff private.
