Ebay scam? Please help? Thanks!?

I just purchased an xbox off of ebay a few days ago. I paid via PayPal and he said he'd ship my item right away. Today he messaged me saying he shipped the item. I went to check the tracking number on ups and it said
"The sender has voided the UPS tracking number created for this shipment. UPS does not have possession of this shipment."

What does this mean????

Do not freak out. Sometimes vendors have to void shipping labels when they realize they entered the wrong address information. Ask the vendor to give you the correct tracking number.
