How can I get really buff by like next summer?
I have been working out now since January of 2012, I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week but I have work and college so sometimes its hard but not too much. I get compliments from women and all but I know im still nowhere near where I wanna be. Im trying to get built like Bane on Batman or Tom Hardy I should say. Or Sean Sherk from the UFC.

So my question is How can I get really built by next summer. Right now I can bench 205 trying to get up to 225 soon. Ive heard the way to bulk up is lift a heavy weight and eat alot of calories. Also some protein. But ever since ive tried it this way i feel like im getting smaller but others have said I seem bigger but i dont feel it. Can someone tell me how to bulk up?

I'm 16 and I've been working out since I was 12..I weigh 150 I powerlift 175. Look buddy you sound like you have been working out for a while. Don't make the same mistake I did. Take pictures of yourself. The reason you look the same as always is because you see yourself everyday. Someone that saw you 5 months ago should see you a lot bigger today than before. I've wanted to try and bulk up myself and the only thing I can tell you is to do research. Go ask 5 different personal trainers and they will tell you 5 different answers. Put weight thats just good enough to break your muscles and make you struggle not to the point where your over straining the body..get sore but not to the point where its pain...eating protein is good for bulkness but your gonna have to throw in some carbs into that diet. Not simple carbs from candy and sweets but from nuts and almonds and fruits. That's what I have been sticking too. I cheat like everyone else but trust me it will work. You will feel so much better.
