Looking for a cheaper internet provider?

I am currently with Bell Canada and their services are just fine, though I am moving and the person who uses about 80% of the internet will no longer be using it.

I considered just going to Bell's lowest plan though it is still too expensive for what it is offering - which is basically nothing.

What are some of your suggestions for another decently priced internet provider? (No Rogers)

I am living in the GTA.
