Twitter suspended account?

Can someone make me a proper letter or message?? I'm really bad at those things.

it doesn't have to be proper. just state your username, and why you got suspended, and ask them to unsuspend it.

fr example. "hi, my username is @____ and my account got suspended after i followed a lot of people on twitter too quickly. could you please un-suspend my account? i wasn't doing anything wrong. thanks."
