where can I get google chrome toolbar

As far as I know, there's no such thing as Google Chrome toolbar. Google did create a web browser toolbar but they have long since stop developing it.

Today, it's easy to do a web search right from the web browser. The address bar is also the search bar. Just type in what you want to see and hit the Enter key. One can even choose the search engine the browser uses. No more going to http://www.yahoo.com to do a web search.

You can install the Yahoo Toolbar for Chrome from here:

Install the Chrome toolbar from here.

Alternatively, go to the Chrome->Preference->Extensions. It will list your list of extensions. If your Yahoo toolbar is already there, make sure it is enabled. If you dont have the Yahoo Toolbar, Click on 'Get more extensions' and search for Yahoo Toolbar. You will find it.
