Plz help me to Make an Android Application?

Guys,

Basically I'm having my Company's Page on Facebook where people ask stock queries and we answer them. We time to time provide market updates on our page.

I need to make an Android application. In this application, the users should not require to sign-in to Facebook, and they should get our timely updates there.

Can anyone please provide me detailed information to do this? I really don't have any idea. Thank you.
