"Inbox" is the folder in your email service where your incoming mail is accumulated till you decide to move it to some other folder, to file it, delete it or classify it as spam. Your "browser" is the application you may use to "explore" internet, like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome etc..
So your "inbox" is not related directly with your "browser". Your mail is not received in your "inbox" due to your activity with your browser.
Isf yoour question why you access to your webmail using your browser is slow? Which webmail are you using? Sometimes access time to some of them might be slow due to a bad ISP service or some temporal problem with aome of your webmail's servers
Be more specific with your question, please: indicate webmail, browser and specifically, what is your real issue.
