The group sounds polished and well-rehearsed and displays adequate musicianship. I do not care for the vocal work but the rhythm is quite enjoyable. I personally wouldn't call this "jazz". If I had to classify "I'm Not Ready", I would put it alongside "Bo Diddly", which is NOT a bad thing. But it is in that style.
