Photos I added to my albums don't appear on my Facebook wall?

I've been having this problem where when I add photos of my friends and I onto existing albums, I tag myself and my friends in them and they don't appear on my wall. (For example, I have seen on other people's facebook walls "Katie added 6 new photos to the album 2014") They appear on the newsfeed but not my timeline, of course they appear in my photos but not on my actual wall. Someone help? Thank you.

Check the Album Privacy Setting Make Sure its Not On Private if it is Then you Need to Change That Facebook Wont Post to your Wall if the Album is Set to Private

Try Deleting and Re Uploading the Pictures See if That Gets it to Post
