The Canada Customs and Immigration site is such a mess, and my Internet connection is slow, so it's just easier to ask here. Thank you so much in advance.
You guys have obviously never been to Lou Malnati's. OK, we've gotten the wise-guy answers out of the way...anxiously awaiting a good answer.

Why would you want to? Order a fresh pizza when you land.

Probably you can, since the other ingredients are okay to cross the border, but why would you? There's lots of pizza in Canada.

This is from the CBSA site:

All food, plants, animals, and related products must be declared. Food can carry disease, such as E. coli. Plants and plant products can carry invasive alien species, such as the Asian Long-Horned Beetle.

It also says the regulations on food items change every day.

I suppose theoretically you could bring one back...customs MIGHT have issues with things like peppers though..but I doubt it...my main concern in that whole plan would be how the TSA in the US might interpret it.

As Harwarda pointed out, all food items must be declared and it is really up to the CBSA officers interpretation of the rules and regulations. I can see where they may have a problem with the dairy products on it but you won't know until you try.

Only in a sealed package from the Manufacturer. Not home made.

Like you buy them in a grocery store. SEALED not a Pizza Box closed with tape.

The concern is contaminated food.
