Google Chrome Troubles?

Hello. So awhile back I used to use Google Chrome when suddenly, it started having problems. Sometimes it would be extremely slow, but most of the time it was just completely unresponsive. I can still open Google Chrome, but I cannot get onto any web page. All I get is the spinning loading symbols in the tab bars, and the web pages never load. My other browsers (Firefox and IE6) work fine, so I know it's specifically Google Chrome. Just now, I tried uninstalling it and Installing it again from their website, but I get the exact same problem- no web pages will load. What can I do to make Google Chrome work again? Thanks.

IE6? How old is your computer? uninstall and try installing this latest version.
