How to message facebook? I was hacked. Need ur help?

I want to report a problem to facebook. I want to write it down to let them know what exactly my problem is or how I can fix it. But I don't know how to send facebook my message. Can anyone help me? My problem is that my account just recovered from a hack but now it only redirects me to facebook advertising. I think it's from the hack can anyone tell me how to fix this? I don't have access to home profile and search etc. And when my friend searched me, my account wasn't there anymore. Can I still have recover my account back to what it was? Or is it fully deleted?
