I personally won't touch it, but if you want to, go for it! You can add more layers to it so it can have more volume and it will look more play.

just below the shoulder, if you like it, go shorter... if not it won't take too long to grow out again!

Keep it longer, at least shoulder length. Long hair is always more sexier.
