google chrome Tab help!?

when i close out of the google chrome window and i have no tabs in the task bar i will still hear tabs and i will go back into Google chrome and there will be no tabs but when i right click next to the tabs and hit reopen closed window it will pop up with the video or whatever and then i can exit it out... what do i have to do to stop this in the first place

If you are using Google Chrome Beta there is no point of this question but if you are using the stable version, then you should find an answer in google chrome's FAQ's or drop a question yourself
