I got a question about instagram?

You know how you can put videos? Is that for iphone and ipods only? I have an android and cant do it

Since the launch of Video on Instagram this has been the Android community’s number-one request, and we’re excited to see this community grow."

I assume this means you need to have Android 4.0 and higher for the capability of Instagram Video
