How can I make my website look inviting to attract customers?

I recently opened a website for a business, however it is not going that great. I am not getting that many views or sales, so I am pretty sure it is regarding the design of the website. Can you please take a look and suggest how to make it more inviting, and how to add more pictures to it.

You have great information down it just isn't displayed to its best advantage.
At first glance it doesn't look like a business website, intended to sell, it looks like someones personal blog site, or maybe a review site.
Try changing font styles and positioning of text, also put some catchy colour in as at the moment it is a bit too plain. Breaking up text a little to make it more clear.
