How do you see other peoples mentions on Twitter?

When using Twitter on a computer (not on a mobile phone) how do you see other peoples mentions on their page?
I don't mean their tweets, I mean when someone else has mentioned them.

use tweetdeck on your computer. then change your settings.

you can't look down the list of all their mentions, but if someone mentions them and is saying hey @insertnamehere then you would see it cuz its a tweet. but you cant keep up with all their mentions.

Install a good application, like tweetdeck or seesmic or something. Those apps would give you what you need.
