Did i ruin it with online guy?
Almost a month ago i responded in a silly way to a message from a guy in my "other folder", on facebook. Now i usually dont bother even looking there but he wrote something funny. Now i thought he was overseas but as it turns out he lives just a few suburbs out. After some funny exhanges, he started writing to me everyday, even from his work and sending me pics of himself just smiling. I thought it was cute.

But last few days he started getting a bit steamy and he sent me a pic of himself in his boxers... Well ...then he started saying how he was always thinking about me and then if id like to know what was on his mind.. And as i said i like people to speak their mind, he started saying how he imagined his skin against mine, and i stopped him in his tracks and told him i didnt want to give him a bad impression of me or lead him on if he was looking for a fling or a one night stand im not it and that i just enjoyed his company as he would write to me during my work day.

He wrote back apologetic saying he was sorry and didnt mean to offend me and that he wasnt like that. Im feeling bad thinking he was a nice guy that ive hurt. I do like him alot and liked getting to know him. I even thought it would be nice to maybe meet him one day... Did i ruin what might have turned into a nice potential relationship with him?.

No, you set boundaries in a completely reasonable way! He now knows that if he wants a relationship with you, that he must build it over an emotional level and not from a sexual level! Go girl!
