How much longer will I be blocked from doing Facebook activities?

In September 2013 a bunch of people trolled my friend's pro-choice fan page. I commented on the thread and told them to stop acting like kids and leave.
3 hours later I get a notification saying I'm blocked from commenting on pages. My friend swore it was not her. I still did other things on facebook a bit later like adding people I know, 'liking' fan page statuses and comments, posting in groups I joined in the past. Then a week later I'm blocked from 'liking' fan page statuses and comments. So I decreased the rest of my facebook activity. 2 months later Im blocked from posting pictures in groups (just pics). And its been 6 months and still no unblock. Whats unfair is all of this started probably because of those report cussing trolls. I did nothing wrong. So what do I do now?
