Will changing my facebook password log me out of the mobile app?

Okay so I lost my phone which is pre paid until the end of the month so unfortunately there is no way to deactivate it. Apparently some a** hole found it because they have been active on my Facebook posting many provocative and or sexual photographs. Now, as a result the majority of my friends think I am a pervert and refuse to hang out with me. In addition my boss somehow found my facebook and saw these things and immediately fired me

Anyway will changing my password boot them out of the app? Also the same goes for the Yahoo mail app.. Someone help!

It should. There's no reason not to try.

Change your password then facebook will give you an option as to whether "log out of other devices" .choose that option and your work will be done

For yahoo mail app change the account password it may help.
I also strongly recommend you report to police station and also to you mobile servive centre with your phone's bill and box to track the phone. Maybe they can block it.
