How do i update twitter using my phone from text?

okay. like what is the number to send updates from text to twitter? like is it an email? or what? and i already used my cell # with a different twitter account, and i forgot the password. and now i want to use my same # with a different account. please help.

ok. when you log onto your twitter account you should be on the homepage where all the tweets are from the people you follow. on the top right corner go to settings. go to devices. type in your phone number so it's registered. follow the instructions that they tell you. i think they send you a code to type back on your twitter account. then it should be registered. it should be set and everything. the number to send your tweets to is 40404.
