Is there any way to update my facebook friends to my Twitter?

I just started my Twitter account, but I have no friends.
Is there a way to invite all my Facebook friends to Twitter..
Or to find out which of my Facebook friends USE Twitter...
Without doing it all manually?

This is the twitter app for facebook. You can update your facebook status with your twitter account. Invite your friends to use it the same way.

You can also add your twitter URL to your facebook Info page. To do this"

1. Sign into your Twitter account and click on the PROFILE link at the top right of the page.
2. Copy this link from your browsers URL bar (ex. http://twitter.com/DJBVentures)
3. Log into Facebook. Click on the PROFILE link in the top left of the page.
4. Select the INFO tab in the top center of the page. (This is usually the next tab after WALL)
5. Select the Edit Information link on the right.
6. Select the CONTACT INFORMATION area
7. In the WEBSITES box paste your link.

TA DA! Now all your friends can just view your INFO page and click the link. They will have to sign up for a Twitter Account though.
