I can't reset my instagram password.?

I got a new iPhone and can't remember my instagram password. I try to reset and it doesn't work. You have to type in your email and type in the letters you see to prove that you aren't a computer or something. Every time I try to do that it doesn't work..even when I know I did everything correctly. It doesn't tell me I did something wrong. It just starts me over and the whole process repeats again. I cannot reset it and it is frustrating. I can't find anything about my issue on the instagram help site. Has anyone ever experienced this? How did you fix it and find your password?

I am in the same situation what I am doing is emailing the instagram team by going to the support tab and I'm trying to guess my password.
