How would you interpret the following?

"£80bn direct global market, growing at a rate of 11% per annum" Source: ............2010.

What is the meaning of "direct global market"?

Does this £80bn mean, business done in year 2010 or till 2010?

Direct means direct from whoever is providing the products/service to customer so their available market.
Source is 2010 so applies to the market then
