Could be a possible scam. I recommend using skype for internet calls to get in touch or some kind of instant messaging other than email.

he say's he would love it if you would come over and visit and will buy you a ticket and pay for the hotel
if you send me your credit card details, just to pay the booking fee, I'll sort it out for you.
