Does Amazon.com charge for selling on their website?
I'm trying to sell a few books through amazon.com. I would like to know if they charge for doing that and how much? How much do they take from the money you sell? Does anyone else use amazon to sell things? What other free sites do you think are better to sell stuff?

Yes, but it's only a commission charge if you sell a copy of your book. I actually have 2 books for sale on there, but I prefer to market my books through my own website in order to avoid having to be charged a commission fee.
