Google redirects 302 problem for SEO?
I have many eCommerce websites targeting different countries with same content in every site like example.co.uk for uk, example.us for USA, example.fr for France etc. I am using canonical tag "<link rel="alternate" hreflang="fr" href="http://www.andaazonline.fr"/>"
and all websites 302 geo redirects to local website. because of 302 redirection I am facing following problems.

1- all websites shows that it redirecting to .us domain and all seo benefits are going to only .us domain.
2- getting error massage in webmaster tool like, "Increase in not followed pages" that is 302 response.
3- getting sitemap error massage "When we tested a sample of URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs redirect to other locations. We recommend that your Sitemap contain URLs that point to the final destination (the redirect target) instead of redirecting to another URL."
4- when google bot try to crawl and index my .co.uk or .fr site then it redirects 302 to .us website.

how can I rectify this error?

If you are publishing the same contents and using regional domain extensions, there are chances that it might result in to "duplicate content" issue in future. Google recommends that you choose one domain name as your preferred domain which should appear in search results.

As in SEO 302 Redirection is only for some period of time (Less Span like 1 or 2 months) it's called Temporary Redirection.

If your redesigning your website at that time period you can redirect your URL to some other page, Instant of loosing visitors. At this time We can Use 301 Redirection.

Most of the SEO's suggest to use 301 Redirection only...

Can rel="canonical" be used to suggest a canonical URL on a completely different domain?
There are situations where it's not easily possible to set up redirects. This could be the case when you need to migrate to a new domain name using a web server that cannot create server-side redirects. In this case, you can use the rel="canonical" link element to specify the exact URL of the domain preferred for indexing. While the rel="canonical" link element is seen as a hint and not an absolute directive, we do try to follow it where possible.

301, "Moved Permanently"—recommended for SEO
302, "Found" or "Moved Temporarily"
A 302 redirect is a temporary redirect., the right thing to do is to crawl/index/return the destination page or use 301 redirect.
