Hi, can someone help me please, I have an presentation based on facebook, about marketing of the company, as its not really a product, more of a service, how would i describe the four Ps of the company, price, promotion, place and product, im really confused.

In a service-oriented business the 4 P's of the Marketing Mix are extended to the 7 P's:

- Product (i.e. the Service)
- Price
- Place (distribution)
- Promotion
- Processes
- People (staff delivering the service)
- Physical Evidence (Services are intangible by nature so how are you going to bring it to life)
