If an ebay case closes in my favor, does the other person find out?

Seller mailed chipped tea pot, called in 'slight mark.' Refused any solution. Ebay found in my favor and issued full refund. Will rude seller find out and will it come out of their monies or did ebay just pay it out?

eBay won't have paid the money, it'll have come from the seller. You're probably also supposed to return the defective item (the teapot) once you've received your refund. Otherwise you could just report everything as being broken and get the item and your money back every time.
