Well, ur dog learns to bark by itself so u don't need to train it to do it?.....Do u train a baby to breathe? no so same think they are natural things. If ur dog don;t bark, go to the veteranian

With some dogs its easy to teach them to bark on command. With others its almost impossible.
Read how>>>https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=teaching+your+dog+to+bark+on+command&oq=Teaching+a+dog+to+bark+on+command&aqs=chrome.2.69i57j0l5.12628j0j8&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

Both my dogs bark on command.
Use a command like "watch him" when you teach him to maybe bark at someone accosting you. Don`t use the word"speak" as it does not have the same affect to the trouble maker.

You might get her to do a "speak" and bark on command, but barking at racoons or intruders is a natural instinct.
