It's definitely easier to run a business in a market economy then it is to run one in a command economy. In a market economy, people are given the freedom to create businesses without the control of a central authority (the government). In a command economy, there is a central authority that decides what businesses are made based on their desired consumption and production. Although running a business in a market economy may be challenging due to the array of competition, it is much easier to start it up and you have a good chance of making it successful as long as you draw out a good business plan and do plenty of research beforehand.
