why does my friend likes to post negative comments about me on fb whenever i make her mad?

This girl was suppose to be my best friend but I just don't get why she does that to me. Whenever she gets mad at me she will post about it on her fb status which obviously everyone will see it and either like it or comment it making me look like a bad friend. I confronted her about it when she did it again and she just said "I didn't use your name so don't worry about it"...like really so that gives her the right to be that rude to me and to make it well known to her fb friends that me and her are having problems. We're both in our early 20's too were not teenagers so being a kid isn't her excuse. Is that being a friend? She can be a good friend but once she gets mad she likes to go over the top. What would you guys have done?

In your position i wouldnt think of her as close to me as i'd have thought. I'd honestly give it some space to evaluate if this friendship is a strong as it should be for someone who's meant to be your best friend. Unless it's a huge fight where at the time you hate eachother then it's no excuse to do that especially once you've told her how much it bothers you. In all honesty i'd focus on my other friends. I wouldn't really put up with it but that's just me. I'm kind of independent that way. If you're really that bothered by it and want to make it work then i suggest you have a heart to heart and see if she's willing to stop

I'm in a similar position. This girl and I had been friends since highschool days. Now in our 20s she is rude, selfish and always makes snarky facebook comments about me. Originally it was because I wouldn't ditch work to drink with her. One day after she did something truly horrible to me I snapped and told her to get out of my life. She made a status about how I'm such an awful human being so I posted the print screens of the awful thing she had done to me and asked people to decide for themselves who was in the wrong. The pictures were removed within 5 minutes. Not saying what I did was mature but if you have a friend like this just block and delete. You don't need them in your life.
