I need an answer to this controversial question. I say B my teacher says A. Who is right?
A British is lying critically ill in a Mexican hospital today after being struck by a lightning while she was riding a jet ski.
Amy Laurie, 19, from West Derby in Liverpool, was spending her summer holiday with her boyfriend at a beach in the resort of Cancun when she was hit by the bolt during a sudden storm. Some tourists rescued her and took her to hospital.
Yesterday the doctors said that her condition had stabilised after intensive treatment and she is now recovering.
A family friend yesterday said: “We are desperately hoping for good news from Mexico.
Amy has been looking forward to his dream holiday for ages and was really keen to go to Mexico. All her friends and family are thinking of her.”
Amy is still currently too ill to transferred back to the UK.
Friends have since left shocked messages on her Facebook page. One wrote:
“Hi babe, still can’t believe it. Loads of hugs, loves and kisses.”
Last night a Foreign Office spokeswoman said: “We are currently providing consular assistance to a British national who il in hospital in Cancun. We were immediately notified about the accident and we have been in regular contact with her family and the hospital.

4 Amy used to have a Facebook page.
a) right
b) wrong

The question asks if she "used" to have a Facebook page. She still has one, so the answer is "B".

The page still exists and it belongs to Amy. Implying ownership in the past tense using "used to have" is incorrect.

The answer is B.

Amy has a Facebook page. The fact that she's in a hospital or isn't currently posting to the page, doesn't change the fact that it is still hers. Would it make sense to say, "Amy used to live in Liverpool" or "Amy used to have her own bedroom"?

The question is ambiguous.

Amy used to have a Facebook page and Amy still has a Facebook page (that's where the messages are being left) so you can argue that A is correct, or that B is correct. - In fact since it is ambiguous, you could say C is correct!

Wrong, so B.

"used to" means "once did, but doesn't any more" - which is clearly not the case.

"Friends have since left shocked messages on her Facebook page" shows her page still exists.
