Wifi greyed out/not connecting to wifi - iPhone 4s help!?

I am suddenly having trouble with my phones wifi. It is sometimes greyed out. When it isn't it won't find any networks even though my computer is connected. I have tried turning phone off and on, reseting the network settings etc... help!

Gray signal bar means that your Internet connection not sending packets to your router.
Try reseting ur router,{turning it or or off) try restarting ur phone,
