Well, to start with, you need to post operating system, network brand, internet connection type, router brand, modem brand, internet service, because there a thousand or so combinations starting from USB sharing, through XP home network that I use and up.

make your network as :
modem-router/switch-cpnnect all your pc
complete your networking ie. you can browse internet on all the connected pc.
now run "Network set up wizard" on each pc.enable sharing ..now you can surf with lan sharing.

If your network is setup properly with the ip numbers, go to ICS (internet connection sharing) in network connections.
Rightclick the connection to the internet and select properties.
Click 'sharing', check the box 'let other computers share this network'. click OK.
