Where do you post the 'Like box' on Facebook?

I was trying to post a 'Like Box':

and I've got the code, it's just I don't know where to put it, or which code to use! I've tried posting the first code on my wall, but it won't work! It takes ages!

the code they are giving you isnt for adding to facebook, you add it to your own website that you pay for

your page already has a like button on it anyways
