WHERE is the link to your forum on your portal page????

What I don´t understand with most of all portal page is that the Forum link is hidden or not even present like on yours.
Make a link to your forum and make it REALY prominent!

Next there NEEDS to be an introduction of your forum as FIRST post on your portal page.
Visitors decide within 5-20 seconds if they are interested in what you have to offer.
If they can´t even figure out what your forum is about they´ll leave.

You have the same problem as the trillions and billions of all other general chat forums. NO FOCUS what so ever.
99,9% of all general chat forums will never get big.
The competition is SOOO big and if you don´t focus your forum there is nearly no chance to attract members.

So my tip would be: Rethink your forum strategy instead of spending a lot of money to get people to your forum which most likely wount stay anyway.
