Simple website design and hosting?

A friend of mine is in the process of starting up a scrap metal (junk cars and trucks basically) business, and he needs a website for the sole purpose of appearing on search results. He doesn't want anything big or fancy, just a way for potential customers who have junk cars they need to get rid of to find him through online search results. Does anyone have any experience with what I'm looking for?

If you're looking for something basic, you could choose the "website builder" option. There are a ton of websites that offer the "website builder" tool. You can't really go wrong with that. Weebly is one of my favorites.
