It means something is wrong with the internet connection.
Check your wire to your internet box or check or contact your internet service
Maybe could be the weather or there fixing up something.

But if your talking about such as trying to get onto a website and it won't let you??

Then you must be using the wrong internet icon.
Try using Internet explores or Firefox.

Those will help to get to whatever you need to go.
