Should I give up on this or do something?

Last semester I met this guy in one of my classes, and we didn't get to know each other very well, but he is so funny and nice and I ended up liking him a lot. Now, he's done school and so I never see him anymore, because we don't hang out with the same group of friends or anything. The one place I see him sometimes is local concerts, because we both really love music. Last night, I saw him again and we talked for like five seconds and it made me so sad because I would be too scared to ever say anything about how I feel.
We don't know each other very well, so it would be weird for me to talk to him on Facebook, but I like him so much!!! Should I just try to get over this? What should I do if I see him again? I wish we spent more time together so I could get to know him better.

I honestly think you should do something because you will never know the outcome until you have tried.. Give it a try, try saying how you feel about getting to know each other better. If you don't do it you'll regret it so it is best to get things out and go for it you guys sound like you guys have chemistry together.. And if you do try and it doesn't work out at least you'll know and you can move on.!! Good luck
