iPad and all other devices connect to the internet but my pc will not, it recognises the connection.?

iPad and all other devices connect to the internet but my pc will not, it recognises the connection.?
It recognises the connection, but says there's no internet access. There's the little yellow triangle over the bars. What can I do to fix it?

Yellow triangle usually means problem with driver.Update Network driver.
