anyone else having problems with SyFy forums?

I was trying to create an account on syfy channels website to be able to use their forums but it so annoying trying to login after creating an account and activating it. I used my Gmail addresses after having such a hard time using my yahoo address to start an account but it still acts like ether account doesn't exist even though I just created them and activated them both as instructed. I checked the email addresses to see if they are in use and it says they are in use but I can't login even though I use the correct email/username and password. My computer and settings are fine so its not my PC nor is it both emails so it's gotta be their crappy website causing the problem. Also after creating an account on my PC i couldn't go to the login page on the mobile version. It took me to the page where they advertise random stuff and their new TV shows with no login option. Also they made feedback or contact with moderators impossible thus adding more stress and difficulty to my problem. Now this isn't a rant. I just want to know how or can it be fixed? It bothers me because I can look at what others posted on SyFy forums, but I can't start an account to reply to them or start Syfy threads of my own.

I didn't know SyFy had forums, but I can tell you that this happened to me at other site forums. Maybe they use the same type of system. On these other sites, it took a while, maybe a week, for me to be able to log in after initially making the account. Sometimes you just have to wait until moderators or whomever can check your account out. Something like that anyway, think that's what I read. I have a feeling it's probably why you can't log in yet, and you'll be able to soon enough. Annoying though, I know.
