I can't seem to figure out how to get over my anger?

I recently got into a argument with my co worker that led to her running to a social network to talk about me need I mention another one of my co workers was mad at me because I called the cops on a guy that made me feel uneasy and unsafe she was upset and felt he did nothing wrong I felt she was being childish because she didn't understand the situation which was I was not to long ago rob so I now take extra safey measures but my first co worker went on to talk about me on the social network bashing my name and parents my 2nd coworker sister proceeded to bash me with her after the sister was done she called me saying she had nothing to do with it so when I finally went online to see what everyone knew except me I called the sister and confronted her we proceeded to arguging. Yesterday she popped up to my job with the sister that was working that didnt like me trying to fight me due to the fact I need my job I didn't fight her when I already invited her to fight me else where im pissed

There is no punctuation in this so its quite difficult to follow. Maybe look for another job and stay away from social networking sites.

Stay away from social media !!!!! If I were the boss, I'd fire anyone that got on SM during work hours !!!!! Have U ever heard this term, " Take The High Road" ? I'd recommend U start practicing it, along with punctuation when U write to others !!!!!
