How to add a new window to Top Sites in Safari?

I just downloaded Safari and I wanted to undo all of the top sites it had for me so I clicked "Edit" and then deleted all of the windows.. Now I have no windows right there. How do I add a window?

Open up a new tab and type in the address in the address bar. Then, when you're at the page, click on the little "+" sign right next to the address bar. It will say, "Add this page to:" and then Reading List. Select Top Sites from the list. Then you can name it and then just click add.
