well first off im new to twitter and i do follow people (famous people) and i don't know how to like tweet um like there is this big page will all this stuff the famous person wrote but how do i write um ? can they write me back can i go on a personal chat with um or can you be like there friend on there or something ?

If you want to respond to someones tweet, below their tweet should be a series of buttons. One of the buttons says "reply". You click on that and a small window will open up. For example, you want to reply to one of Johnny Depp's tweets, click reply and box will pop up with the word @JohnnyDepp already typed there. The person's username has to be there with the @ symbol before it.

Yes, they can tweet you back, but it will be public to everyone. If you want to tweet privately, you DM ((Direct Message)) them. And there really is no such thing as "friending" someone on Twitter, Just "following" really. They do not have to follow you in order to tweet back and forth. If you have any more questions, ask away!
