Will SpyHunter 4 Malware Security Suite remove Mysearchdial from my computer?

This afternoon while searching the internet a window opened asking me if I would like to download a search engine called Mysearchdial. I declined and it loaded anyway. I went to search engine management and deleted it and made Google Chrome my default search engine but Mysearchdial is still there. Will SpyHunter 4 Malware Security Suite remove Mysearchdial from my computer and repair any damage it has done?
