OK, there are two, realistic, solutions.

1. You decide the topic. There is no way anyone else can know what you love best, than you. And you'd better love what you are writing about, because a successful blog (and by successful I mean a blog that grows a big audience and can make money) needs a LOT of articles.

You should be blogging several times a week, every week. At the very least, you should promise yourself to always blog with a certain frequency so your readers keep coming back for more.

That's a lot of writing, so choose a topic you love.

You'll notice that I said "topic" not "topics" - if you want your blog to be easily found in the search engines, you need to make sure that you focus in on a pretty narrow topic. Not lots of topics. If you write about lots of topics it will be incredibly hard to establish yourself as an authority or "go-to" person in any of them.

If you choose a really broad topic, the competition is too great. So, for example, perhaps you're into rollerblading, you might want to just focus on roller blading routes in New York, or roller blading routes for beginners. Keep it focussed.

2. If you don't think you can maintain interest in any topic for very long, then yes, you can hire someone to write your posts for you. It isn't expensive....but it can cost you.

By that I mean, you could hire someone from fiverr.com and they will write you a nice long post for $5 but the quality of the post may be lacking and is certainly likely to lack the enthusiasm of a blog owner. And often it may be someone writing in a second language, since the exchange rate means that $5 for an article can still make sense. Then again, some people write brilliantly in their second language, so you might get lucky.

Of course, if your budget can afford to pay more - perhaps $20 per article, then you can get a very good writer.

Finally, in addition to choosing a topic that you (and your guest writer) feel passionately about, you should also do some basic research on the niche (topic area) you choose.

You'll want to check out the competition (do a Google search) and see if you think you can create something better than the top few results. If not, choose another topic!

If you plan to make money from your topic, then find out what products sell on your topic. For example, look for e-books on your topic, selling on ebay or Amazon Kindle. Are there lots of customers? If so, there's room in the market for you!

Best of luck with your blog!
