Internet Issues, only some devices can access the web?

having troubles going on the internet on all windows 7 PCs. it works just fine on all other devices like Mac, iphone, ipad, samsung s3. on the windows 7 PCs, it shows that it is connected and there is internet access but still cannot access the web

sometimes that happens because of Norton or any other antivirus programs don't recognize your computer and it will block you. Try to disable it and you will get internet and little by little your computer will recognize your antivirus. Try it you will not loose anything by doing that.
