I'm sure she liked me 2years when we worked together but I was shy and then got a boyfriend. When I would see her after she acts like she didn't see me unless I spoke to her. When we worked together she wasn't shy.

I text her happy birthday and she never replied.A Month ago me and a female friend ran into her and her friend. She hugged me and asked about school. I text her later and told her nice seeing her that she is looking good and to text me sometime she said thanks will do but never did.

I text her tuesday night because I passed by her school that day. I told her I didn't text her cause I figured she was busy and called me silly. We text till she went to bed. She usually likes my pics on instagram.

Thursday I posted two pics at the same time and noticed she liked the pic with just me but not the one with me and a girl.

She may or may not have feelings for you, if she is committed even now then probably she likes you as a friend and nothing else, and if she is still single then probably she still likes you but don't have the courage to express in front of you.

And if you like the girl and wants her to be a part of her life, then the first and best thing would be talk to that girl, talk clearly and express your feelings, think as if it's now or never, so talk to your girl and watch her response.
